workshops - important information

All workshops have a limited number of spaces available. A deposit of $50 is required to reserve your space.

Please read these conditions before paying and reserving your spot.

Payments

For your convenience, we take Paypal payments, which accepts Credit Cards. Please note that we have to charge extra fees for this service. To avoid these fees, payments can be made direct to Atua Healing Ltd BNZ 02-0112-0114969-00.

REFUNDS and Cancellation of a Workshop
If for any reason, Carmel or an Atua Teacher has to cancel a workshop, full monies will be refunded to attendees.
PLEASE NOTE: If payment was paid via Paypal, a refund will be issued via Paypal and Paypal will remove any fees before depositing you the full amount.

Rescheduling of a Workshop (Carmel reschedules)
If for any reason, Carmel has to reschedule a workshop and you can attend the new date, your reservation will transfer to the new date and location. If the new date does not suit you, full monies will be refunded.

If you are unable to attend
If you are unable to attend and SEVEN DAYS NOTICE has been given prior to the workshop date, a refund will be given.

If you are unable to attend within SEVEN DAYS of the workshop, no refund will be given. If you choose, you may arrange for another person to attend in your place. Please contact Carmel or your Atua Teacher immediately with the new person’s details.

Weather or Nature Events (Acts of God)
Commonly referred to as an ‘act of God’, the natural disaster is such that cannot be foreseen or prevented by humans. Things we cannot prevent include any naturally occurring catastrophe, such as earthquakes, tornadoes, hail, lightning, windstorms and of course, hurricanes.

If Carmel or your Atua teacher, or the venue is not available because of an ‘act of God’, no refunds will be issued. Instead, a new date and venue will be rescheduled to a later date within a 6 month period. If the new date does not suit you, monies will be refunded minus a $25 administration fee, to attendees.

If a workshop participant cannot attend because of an ‘act of God’ and the workshop takes place, no refunds will be issued.

Workshop Participants
Are required to complete a Registration Form for each workshop.
