My service in this field evolved from my own experiences with meditation & energy healing. These tools have benefited my wellbeing remarkably since 2007, at which point my perspective on the interconnection between the physical, emotional, mental & spiritual aspects of our life force was transcended and my dedication to working with people in this way was set in motion. In 2017 I started my own business providing holistic services in Titirangi, New Zealand. Now I'm living in Lisbon, Portugal where I mainly work with clients online. I am a certified guided meditation facilitator and Atua healing practitioner. Over the last decade I’ve developed a deeper understanding working with these modalities having been mentored by two incredibly gifted & highly sought after meditation teacher, Heather Hayward & clairvoyant healer, Carmel Hotai Cochrane also known as a Matakite in Maori culture.

I am here to help you reconnect to your innate essence, your higher self, your inner wisdom. To assist you with the clearing of generational, emotional, mental and spiritual energy blocks.
